Convertech Equipment manufactures precision doctor blades in India for rotogravure printing, flexographic printing and coating applications. Our blades are made from highly refined strip steel and finished with an extra-smooth edge for clean wiping of the gravure cylinder or anilox roller from start-up.
Available as Bonus® in India and Sureprint® worldwide, our range brings together high carbon steel, stainless steel and long life blades to suit your press and print requirements.

Precision for everyday printing
Refined carbon steel for clean, consistent doctoring. Choose Standard for general printing, Plus for longer runs and abrasive inks, Ultra Plus for high-speed wide-web work, or HST for rigidity and low-pressure doctoring.
Resistance where it matters
High-quality stainless steel with corrosion resistance and long running life. A useful choice for water-based inks with extreme pH values, where the ink system demands more from the blade material.
Built for demanding print runs
Explore Series 1000, Excel and Excel Pro for greater wear resistance and demanding print requirements. Excel Pro is designed for extreme doctoring, including applications with metallic printing inks.
A smooth blade edge wipes excess ink from the gravure cylinder. Match the blade grade and edge to your print speed, ink and run length for consistent doctoring from start-up.
Accurate wiping of the anilox roller helps control ink metering. Select the blade material, thickness and edge configuration for your chamber, anilox and ink system.
Choose from steel grades and edge configurations to suit the coating process. Our range includes blades for solvent, water and UV-based inks and coatings, with technical advice on selection.

Doctor blades are available in widths from 10 to 80 mm and standard thicknesses from 0.10 to 0.30 mm. Other thicknesses and customised lamella specifications are available on request for applicable grades. Blades can be supplied in dispenser rolls or pre-cut to size; confirm the specification for your chosen product with our team.
